These Terms of Service apply when you visit xavolu.com or buy from Xavolu. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by the Swedish company Amiri Commerce AB (company registration number 559434-3088, VAT number SE559434308801), registered at Sporvägen 27, 342 33 Alvesta, Sweden. You can reach us at info@xavolu.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

3. Products

Xavolu is a retailer of women's and men's winter clothing and does not claim to design or manufacture the items in its selection. We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and measurements in our size guides can vary by 1–2 cm (0.4–0.8 in). Some lifestyle images on the site are produced digitally to show how an item can be styled; the item you receive is the one shown and described on the product page.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is charged when you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Order acceptance

After you order you receive an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there was an obvious error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you are refunded in full.

6. Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Shipping is free on all orders. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and are usually delivered within 2–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The conditions, costs and refund times are described in our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, images, graphics and the Xavolu name, belongs to Amiri Commerce AB or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, collect other users' information, or use automated tools to copy its content.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We provide the site and our products with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
