Who we are
Xavolu is an online store for women's and men's outerwear: puffer jackets, coats, parkas, vests and layering pieces made for the colder months. We sell to customers in the United States through xavolu.com.
Xavolu is owned and operated by Amiri Commerce AB, a limited company registered in Sweden (company registration number 559434-3088, VAT number SE559434308801), with its registered address at Sporvägen 27, 342 33 Alvesta, Sweden.
How we work
Xavolu is a retailer. We do not design or manufacture the garments ourselves. We select styles from manufacturing partners, review them for fit, warmth and finish, and sell them under the Xavolu name. Every product page lists the material, fit and care details we have for that item, together with a size guide in both inches and centimeters.
Some lifestyle images on the site are produced digitally to show how an item can be styled. The item you receive is the one shown and described on the product page.
Shipping and returns
We ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is free on every order. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 2–7 business days. You get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
You can return unworn items with their tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, we replace it or refund you in full and cover the return shipping. Full details are in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
